On March 26, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just coordinated with the leaders of Hoang Mai ward to organize a working delegation to visit a number of businesses in the area.
At the units, the delegation directly exchanged with workers and business representatives about production, business, employment, income and working conditions. At the same time, listened to the thoughts, aspirations, and recommendations of workers to summarize and reflect to competent authorities.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented 20 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total value of 10 million VND. The gifts contributed to encouraging and helping workers feel secure in their work and attached to the business.
Leaders of the Provincial and local Labor Federations acknowledged the efforts of enterprises in maintaining production, ensuring jobs, and taking care of workers' lives. At the same time, they proposed to continue to well implement regimes and policies, and build a safe and stable working environment.
The activity of giving gifts and visiting shows the concern of the Trade Union organization and local Party committees and authorities for union members and workers. Thereby contributing to consolidating trust and creating motivation for labor and production emulation.
