On February 5th, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots trade union of Nakano Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. organized a teambuilding program for union members and workers after a year of stressful and high-pressure work.
The activity aims to help workers relieve stress, regenerate spiritual energy, and strengthen the connection between union members and workers with businesses. The program attracted a large number of union members to participate in a joyful and exciting atmosphere.
At the teambuilding session, many fun team games with high team spirit were organized. Thereby creating conditions for departments to exchange, coordinate, and tighten the spirit of solidarity in the labor collective.
Through common activities, workers not only relax after a hard working time but also improve their teamwork spirit, sharing and supporting each other in work.
On the evening of the same day, Nakano Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. held a year-end summary party in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Many gifts were also presented to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in production and business.
This is an opportunity for the leadership collective, trade unions and workers to look back at the past journey, recognize the efforts and contributions of union members and workers throughout a year of work.
