On February 2nd, Ms. Ung Thi Li La, Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Hai Trieu Limited Liability Company, said that the unit is organizing many collective activities to create a joyful spring atmosphere and welcome the Lunar New Year for all union members, workers and laborers.
Stemming from actual production conditions and the desire for workers to celebrate Tet in a warm and cohesive atmosphere, grassroots trade unions have proactively coordinated with businesses to innovate the way they organize year-end activities.
Instead of a concentrated year-end party like in previous years, the company organizes a lucky draw program and a year-end meal right at the workplace.

The highlight of the series of activities is the lucky draw program organized in combination with live and online.
The entire draw process is broadcast live on the company's fanpage, creating conditions for a large number of workers to follow conveniently. The prize structure includes 116 prizes, with many practical and valuable gifts.
Each union member and worker is issued a lucky draw ticket with a random number and participates in the draw using online software, ensuring publicity, transparency and fairness.

In parallel with the lucky draw program, the grassroots trade union pays special attention to workers' year-end meals. The year-end meal is organized at the enterprise, with a value of 70,000 VND per meal.
In which, the trade union supports an additional 20,000 VND per meal to improve the quality of meals, helping workers celebrate Tet more fully and warmly.

Assessing this activity, Ms. Le Huynh Thi Hoa Phuong, Chairwoman of the Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union, said that this is an innovative and practical way of doing things, not only providing material support but also encouraging the spirit of workers after a year of hard work.
Through collective activities, grassroots trade unions wish to strengthen the connection between workers and businesses, between union members and trade union organizations.
Thereby, contributing to helping workers feel secure in their work, be attached for a long time and stabilize production.
