On the afternoon of January 16, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Hoa Lu City Federation of Labor on the basis of merging the Ninh Binh City Federation of Labor (old) and the Hoa Lu District Federation of Labor (old); the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Chairmen, and Vice Chairmen of the Inspection Committee of the Hoa Lu City Federation of Labor, term 2023 - 2028.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor appointed the Executive Committee of the Hoa Lu City Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term, consisting of 29 people; appointed the Standing Committee of the Hoa Lu City Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term, consisting of 9 people; appointed Ms. Dinh Thi Dao - President of the Hoa Lu District Federation of Labor (former), to hold the position of President of the Hoa Lu City Federation of Labor, for the 2023-2028 term; appointed Ms. Le Thi Thanh - Vice President of the Hoa Lu District Federation of Labor (former) and Ms. La Thi Ha - Vice President of the Ninh Binh City Federation of Labor (former) to hold the position of Vice President of the Hoa Lu City Federation of Labor, for the 2023-2028 term.
The Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor also appointed the Hoa Lu City Federation of Labor Inspection Committee for the 2023-2028 term, consisting of 8 members, and appointed Ms. Le Thi Thanh - Vice President of the Hoa Lu District Federation of Labor (formerly) - to participate in the position of Chairwoman of the Hoa Lu City Federation of Labor Inspection Committee for the 2023-2028 term.
The above decisions take effect from January 16, 2025. The Executive Committee of the Hoa Lu City Labor Confederation shall perform its duties according to its assigned responsibilities and the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union. Within 12 months of being appointed, the Executive Committee of the Hoa Lu City Labor Confederation shall be responsible for organizing the first Congress of the Hoa Lu City Labor Union according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the guidance of the General Confederation of Labor.
