At the same time, delegates listened to the reporter of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor disseminate a number of new points in the regulations on the types, issuing authority, format and presentation techniques of documents of the Vietnam Trade Union organization issued together with Decision No. 933 dated May 14, 2024 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Instructions for implementing the Law on Emulation and Commendation in 2022; Decree No. 98 dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; implementing the Commendation Regulations of the Provincial Federation of Labor issued together with Decision No. 171 dated October 10, 2024 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The training conference aims to equip skills and improve knowledge for union officials in general and specialized union officials in particular in the province on emulation, reward and application of the document management and operation system VNPT ioffice with integrated digital signature. From there, grasp and implement well the new regulations and instructions, contributing to improving the quality of emulation, reward as well as the activities of the union organization.
