Attending and directing the ceremony were Mr. Tran Phuong Dong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in charge of Phu Tho area; Mr. Le Xuan Duong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks.
On the side of Hrobot Technologic Vietnam Co., Ltd., there was Mr. Deng Hai Bo - Director of the Company and 50 workers representing more than 400 workers working at the enterprise.
At the ceremony, the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks in Phu Tho province awarded decisions of the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation on admitting union members; establishing grassroots trade unions; recognizing the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of Hrobot Technologic Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union launched and proposed a program of activities in the coming time in an effective and practical direction, contributing to caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Grassroots trade unions will also coordinate with employers to well implement grassroots democracy regulations, organize negotiations and sign collective labor agreements, towards the goal of ensuring the rights and improving the welfare of workers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Phuong Dong acknowledged and highly appreciated the concern and creation of conditions by the Company's Board of Directors in propaganda and mobilization to establish the Trade Union organization and prepare for the launching ceremony of the grassroots Trade Union.
Mr. Dong requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to quickly develop operating regulations, well perform the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization at the grassroots level; closely coordinate with business leaders to build a safe and civilized working environment, contributing to improving production quality.
At the end of the ceremony, Mr. Tran Phuong Dong visited the production workshops of Hrobot Technologic Vietnam Co., Ltd. and encouraged workers and laborers working at the enterprise.
