Van Phu ward (Phu Tho province) was established on the basis of merging and arranging the natural area and population size of Van Phu ward, Phuong Lau commune, Hung Lo commune and Kim Duc commune of the old Viet Tri city.
The project to renovate and upgrade Tran Toai road section from the old Phuong Lau Commune People's Committee to Nguyen Tat Thanh road and the branch line in Van Phu ward - with a total investment of nearly 50 billion VND invested by the Van Phu Ward Project Management Board.
According to the reporter's investigation, on July 20, the project investor had a decision approving the contractor selection results of Package No. 07: Construction of the project.
Package No. 07 was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 43 billion VND (42,961,226,000 VND) from the state budget and mobilizing other legal capital sources.
According to the approval decision, Toan Thinh Joint Stock Company is the enterprise that won package No. 07 with a price of nearly 42.9 billion VND (42,942,390,000 VND); the implementation time of the package is 400 days.
Thus, the above-mentioned contractor will officially construct the renovation and upgrading of Tran Toai road, with a total length of 3,644.99m, with the starting point of the route intersecting with Nguyen Tat Thanh road, and the ending point intersecting with Truong Chinh road (section near the old Phuong Lau Commune People's Committee headquarters).
The route map is designed to ensure technical requirements for level V mountain roads, with a speed of 30km/h.
According to the design, the section from Km0+00 to Km2+236.21 will have a road surface width of 7m, rolling ditches on both sides 0.3m each for sidewalk sections, and on sections without sidewalks on both sides, at least 0.5m each.
The section from Km2+236.21 to Km3+196.25m will have a minimum roadbed of 6m; road surface width of 5m, sidewalks on both sides of at least 0.5m each.
The section from Km3+196.25 to Km3+644.99 will have a minimum roadbed of 7m; road surface width of 6m, sidewalks on both sides of at least 0.5m each.
With the branch line, with a length of 113.59m connecting from Tran Toai road at Km2+550 connecting to An Thai communal house, old Phuong Lau commune. This section will have a roadbed width of 4.5m; road surface width of 5m, roadside width of at least 0.5m.
The project will also construct items such as: sidewalks, intersections and residential roads, drainage works, traffic safety systems, lighting...
Previously, Van Phu ward also completed the selection of contractors to construct another traffic project, which is the project: Renovation and upgrading of traffic roads from Hung Vuong street to Cultural House area 2 - Kim Duc.
The total investment of the above project is almost equivalent to the Tran Toai road renovation and upgrade project (49.5 billion VND). Toan Thinh Joint Stock Company is also the enterprise that won Package No. 8: Construction of the project, the winning price is nearly 31.7 billion VND.
The above-mentioned contractor will have 360 days to construct the renovation and upgrading of the road with a total length of 2.8km from Hung Vuong Avenue to the Cultural House of Zone 2 - Kim Duc (old Kim Duc commune).
