On January 24, the Ha Quang Garment Factory Trade Union (Quang Binh) announced that it had just organized the program "Happy Tet - Spring of gratitude to the Party" in 2025.
Chairwoman of the Ha Quang Garment Enterprise Union Nguyen Thi Kim Sinh said that in 2024, although there are still many difficulties due to some major textile and garment consumption markets in the world not being really stable after the economic crisis. However, with the determination to overcome difficulties and the support of Garment Corporation 10 - JSC, along with the attention of provincial leaders and local departments, the enterprise has achieved remarkable achievements. The enterprise ensures enough jobs and stable income for its staff, with an average salary of nearly 9 million VND/person/month.
The enterprise applies some extra-legal support policies for female workers, such as: support of 300,000 VND each time a child is born.

At the program, the Quang Binh Provincial Labor Federation, Garment Corporation 10 - JSC, Quang Binh Economic Zone Trade Union, Industrial Park Infrastructure Management Center, Vietcombank Quang Binh Bank, and Ha Quang Garment Enterprise Trade Union presented support to 77 cadres, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances.
The total value of the gifts is 185.6 million VND, including: gifts in kind worth 24 million VND, gifts in cash worth 161.6 million VND.
