On the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025, the Trade Union of Mascot Vietnam Co., Ltd. located in Tan Truong Industrial Park (Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province) presented gifts to 19 union members in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 1,300,000 VND.
Ms. Pham Thi Tinh, a worker in the production department of Mascot Vietnam Co., Ltd., is from faraway Thanh Hoa. Receiving support from the Company's Trade Union, Ms. Tinh emotionally said:
"I am very touched because the difficulties in life are supported and shared by all levels of the Union. Especially during Tet, we received words of encouragement and many valuable and meaningful gifts. This is a great motivation to help me stick with the business and Hai Duong land."
Participating in the "Zero-VND Booth" program organized by the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation, Ms. Deo Thi Vui - a worker at Formostar Garment Company Limited (Hai Duong City) could not hide her joy and excitement when holding in her hands a gift bag with candy, cooking oil, and fish sauce. This is the second year Ms. Vui has participated in this program.
"My hometown is Cao Bang, I went to Hai Duong to work as a worker. In addition to participating in the "Zero-VND Booth", I also received support from the Union for bus tickets, discount vouchers and Tet gifts. With this support, I will save a lot of money and have a warm and full Tet holiday" - Ms. Deo Thi Vui said.
Taking care of Tet for workers
At this time, many exciting activities are taking place throughout the province for workers during Tet. Notably, the program "Tet Sum Vay" is held in most industrial parks and enterprises, attracting a large number of workers to participate.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang - President of Hai Duong City Labor Federation, this year, the city's Labor Unions at all levels subsidized and gave Tet gifts to 10% of the total number of union members from the Union's financial resources.
Through the evaluation work from the grassroots level, on the occasion of Tet At Ty 2025, the City Labor Federation subsidized and gave Tet gifts to 1,152 union members and employees working at grassroots unions under decentralized management; the total amount was over 620 million VND.
Along with the subsidies and gifts from the City Labor Federation, the grassroots unions have visited and subsidized over 2,000 gifts for workers with serious illnesses and difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 750 million VND; Tet bonuses for workers, civil servants, and laborers with a total amount collected from units with Trade Union organizations under the City Labor Federation of about over 8 billion VND; 81 enterprises have 13th month salary or more for workers...
