Bringing Tet to Quang Ngai Trade Union members

Trade unions at all levels have given thousands of Tet gifts to workers, civil servants and laborers in Quang Ngai.

According to the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor, up to now, 6 trade unions at all levels in the province have organized the Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang 2025 Program, including Son Tinh, Ba To, Binh Son, Quang Ngai City, Civil Servants' Trade Union and Dung Quat Economic Zone Trade Union and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks. This is an annual activity organized by the Trade Union on the occasion of the traditional Tet holiday of the nation, demonstrating the care of the Trade Union organization for union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD).

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Pham Thai Duong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks - said that at the Tet Sum Vay - Xuan On Party program and the Trade Union Tet Market recently organized by the Trade Union of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks, 3,400 workers and laborers were given Tet gifts, with a total value of nearly 2.5 billion VND.

The grassroots trade unions under the Dung Quat Economic Zone Trade Union and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks also plan to give Tet gifts to more than 62,000 workers, with a total amount of over 33 billion VND.

In Ba To district, 151 union members were given shopping vouchers in the online program "Trade Union Tet Market 2025" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and directly organized by the Provincial Labor Federation (VND 500,000/gift). In addition, 100 employees of the district were given Tet gifts at the Tet Sum Vay - Xuan On Party Program recently organized by the District Labor Federation, with a total value of nearly VND 70 million.

Speaking to reporters, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Hong - Chairwoman of the Binh Son District Labor Federation - said that the Binh Son District Labor Federation and its affiliated grassroots unions had presented Tet gifts to more than 3,600 union members. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the provincial Labor Federation presented 90 gifts, worth nearly 1.2 billion VND in total.

Mr. Vo Hung Cuong - Chairman of Quang Ngai City Labor Federation - said, "The Tet Sum Vay - Xuan On Dang program is a practical activity, demonstrating the concern of the Trade Union organization for union members and employees, especially during the Tet holiday. Currently, 480 union members and employees have received gifts from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and provincial and city agencies with a total value of more than 390 million VND. Up to now, over 5,000 union members of grassroots unions under Quang Ngai City Labor Federation have been cared for and given gifts on the occasion of Tet At Ty 2025 with a total amount of nearly 3 billion VND".

According to Mr. Nguyen Phuc Nhan - Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation, with the motto "All union members and workers have Tet", the provincial trade unions have proactively implemented many practical and meaningful activities for workers. According to the synthesis up to now, the whole province has more than 102,000 union members and workers who have been cared for and given Tet gifts, with a total value of nearly 70 billion VND. Of which, the leaders of the Party, State and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor presented 3,000 gifts, with a total value of 1.9 billion VND.
