Promoting the role of female officials and workers in forest protection

Quang Tri - Female officials, civil servants and employees promote the spirit of responsibility, contributing to the effective implementation of forest management and protection tasks.

On September 20, the grassroots Trade Union of the Southern Quang Tri Special-Use Forest Management Board said that the Mass Women's Committee under the grassroots Trade Union of the Southern Quang Tri Special-Use Forest Management Board has just organized a conference to summarize the work of women's unions in the first 9 months of 2026, deploy directions and tasks for the last 3 months of 2026 and thematic activities.

Attending the conference were Mr. Ho Viet Thang - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of the Southern Quang Tri Special-Use Forest Management Board and all female officials, employees and workers working at the unit.

At the conference, the Women's Affairs Committee reported on the results of activities in the first 9 months of the year, recognizing the positive contributions of female officials and employees in performing professional tasks and emulation movements of the agency.

In the context of the management and protection of special-use forests and biodiversity conservation still facing many difficulties, high requirements for expertise and responsibility, the female force of the unit always strives to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Female officials, public employees, and workers have actively participated from advising, propagating, and disseminating laws on forest protection to deploying professional activities, contributing to improving the efficiency of forest resource management and protecting natural ecosystems.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Ho Viet Thang - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of the Southern Quang Tri Special-Use Forest Management Board acknowledged and praised the results that the Women's Affairs Committee has achieved in the past time.

Mr. Ho Viet Thang emphasized the important role of promoting the capacity and creativity of female officials and public employees, and at the same time requested to continue to integrate gender equality content in the implementation of forest management and protection tasks.

With the message "Gender equality - promoting each person's capacity - joining hands in managing, protecting forests and biodiversity conservation", the conference focused on discussing and setting out key tasks in the last 3 months of 2026.

Accordingly, the Women's Affairs Committee continues to innovate the content and methods of operation; promote emulation movements, create an environment for female officials and employees to promote their capacity, intelligence and sense of responsibility.

Thereby, contributing to the collective of the Southern Quang Tri Special-Use Forest Management Board to successfully complete the task of managing and protecting the values of natural resources, maintaining the special-use forest ecosystem in the coming time.
