    Soc Trang - 256 officials attended the 2024 Trade Union official training course.

    On the morning of October 25, the Labor Federation of Ke Sach district (Soc Trang province) organized a training course for trade union officials in 2024.

    The training course was held for 2 days (October 25-26), 256 Trade Union officials under the District Labor Federation were informed by the reporter about the contents of organization - inspection work, Trade Union finance work, women's work - propaganda and some related documents.

    According to Mr. Vo Van Ngon - Chairman of the Labor Union of Ke Sach District (Soc Trang Province), the organization of the training course aims to provide basic knowledge about the professional work of the Trade Union, helping the Trade Union officials grasp the content and methods of operation, improve the professional skills and skills of the Trade Union, especially for those who have just joined the Executive Committee of the Trade Union. Thereby, effectively performing the role of supervising and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and acting as a representative and bridge between workers and employers.
