It is known that Ms. Nam has worked at the company for 15 years, but she and her husband and two children all live in her husband's parents' house. After her husband's parents gave her a piece of land, the couple decided to build a house to stabilize their lives.

At the family of union member Trinh Thi Nam, the representative of the Thai Binh Provincial Labor Federation encouraged, gave gifts, and awarded funding to build a house from the Thai Binh Provincial "Union Shelter" fund to Ms. Nam in the amount of 50 million VND.
