Attending the ceremony were Ms. Do Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, President of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Vu Gia Hanh - Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union; representatives of local Party committees, authorities and union members' families.
After nearly 3 months of construction, the project has been basically completed with a total usable area of about 130m2, a total cost of nearly 500 million VND. Of which, the Provincial Federation of Labor supported 60 million VND from the "Union Shelter" Fund; the remaining funding was contributed and supported by the family and union members.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Do Thi Hien emphasized the practical significance of the "Union Shelter" program. At the same time, he hoped that union member Hoang Van Nam would continue to promote his sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for labor and production, and actively contribute to the development of the unit and the trade union organization.
At the ceremony, union member Hoang Van Nam expressed his emotions and sent his sincere thanks to the union organization for their attention and creating favorable conditions to help the family have a spacious house and stabilize their lives. The timely support of the trade union organization is a great source of encouragement, helping them feel secure in their work and strive to complete their assigned tasks well.
The "Union Shelter" project for union member Hoang Van Nam is one of 6 newly built houses and 1 house repaired during this period. This is a meaningful and practical activity to welcome the province's major congresses. At the same time, it affirms the role, responsibility and profound humanitarian significance of the trade union organization in caring for the lives of union members and workers.
