On the afternoon of October 23, at the Kien Luong Commune Political Training Center, the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to deploy the organization of the grassroots trade union congress for the 2025-2030 term. Representatives of leaders of 150 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) and trade unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor attended.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee - Nguyen Nhat Tien said: The Provincial Federation of Labor organized a Conference to deploy Plans and Guidelines for organizing Trade Union Congresses at all levels at 3 locations (Kien Thuong commune, Chau Dral ward, Long Xuyen ward).

This conference is of special significance, aiming to unify awareness and action to successfully organize the Congress/Conference of Trade Unions and Trade Unions, towards the 1st Congress of An Giang Provincial Trade Unions, term 2025 - 2030 and the 14th Congress of Vietnam Trade Unions.
At the conference, leaders of the professional departments of the Provincial Federation of Labor deployed specific instructions on the main and key contents during the congress organization process, focusing on important directives of the Provincial Federation of Labor, on organizing the Congress, on document development, on personnel work and on propaganda work.
For grassroots trade unions, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor requested to focus on studying and fully implementing the Plans, instructions and documents directing the congress of the Provincial Federation of Labor. Discuss and propose specific issues and difficulties in the organization process for guidance and answers.
After today's conference, the grassroots trade unions must urgently complete the contents of the document to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor for approval to organize the congress before November 3, 2025.
Ward and special zone trade unions will organize a congress in October 2025. The grassroots trade unions and trade unions will focus on completing the project in November 2025 and focus on completing it before November 15, 2025.
The Provincial Trade Union Congress will be held on December 18-19, 2025.
