With the theme "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation, improving labor productivity", the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has implemented many practical activities towards Workers' Month 2026.
The activities were enthusiastically responded to, thereby creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere among workers, civil servants, and laborers.
In particular, trade union levels in the province strive for 100% of grassroots trade unions to organize at least one response activity.
This year's activities are taking place in a direction close to and close to the actual needs of workers.
Prominent in the series of activities is the May Dialogue program. The program is an opportunity for workers to express their thoughts and aspirations. At the same time, it is an important bridge to help businesses, agencies, and units directly listen to workers' thoughts. From there, it contributes to removing existing obstacles. The goal is to build harmonious, stable and more progressive labor relations. Also towards Workers' Month 2026, the "Thank you to Workers" program continues to spread deep humanistic meaning.
Meaningful gifts, visits to workers in difficult circumstances and Trade Union Warm Houses show concern for the material and spiritual lives of workers.
According to information from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation, recently Mr. Doan Manh Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and the working delegation directly visited 5 families, and presented gifts to support cases of severe injuries, occupational diseases or unfortunate deaths due to work accidents.
It is expected that 5 other cases will receive gifts at the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
In addition to the above activities, Trade Union Meals programs, periodic check-ups, psychological counseling, and reproductive health care for female workers have contributed to improving the quality of life, helping workers feel secure and attached for a long time.
Another important highlight of this year's Workers' Month in Thai Nguyen is the promotion of the movement "Good labor, creative labor".
Many practical initiatives have helped save costs and improve production efficiency.
