The Thai Nguyen City Labor Federation has just held a conference to establish a grassroots trade union of KNG Company Limited - a company operating in the film production sector.
At the conference, the City Labor Federation presented the decision to establish a grassroots trade union, admitted 56 union members and appointed a provisional Executive Committee.
Union leaders at all levels acknowledged the active coordination of enterprises, and at the same time hoped that the union would soon improve the organization, promote its role in caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
The establishment of a trade union organization at KNG contributes to spreading the spirit of Workers' Month, building harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
