In order to improve operational skills and effectiveness of propaganda work in the new context for union cadres, propaganda cadres, and public opinion collaborators, the City Labor Federation organized training courses for cadres working in union propaganda at all levels.
The class focused on leadership skills, requirements for propaganda work and especially the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in trade union communication, contributing to innovating methods and improving the quality of activities in the digital age.
According to Vice Chairman of Hanoi Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, improving the operational skills for trade union officials and the quality of propaganda is an urgent requirement in the new context, in response to the "popular number of digital school" movements, contributing to the good performance of representative functions, taking care of, protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
Trainees were instructed on how to practice AI applications and answer questions during use, contributing to improving the effectiveness of propaganda activities in the digital age.
Taking place over 2 days (27-28.): The training course not only equips knowledge and skills but also creates conditions for union officials to exchange, learn and share experiences. Thereby improving the capacity to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
