On August 26, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that Yen Dinh Commune Trade Union coordinated with Yen Dinh Commune Political Center to organize the closing ceremony of the Party awareness training class for outstanding trade union officials and members in businesses in the area.
This is an activity to implement Plan No. 212 of the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation on promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in participating in developing new party members and establishing Party organizations in enterprises in 2026.
After a period of serious and responsible study, the trainees have fully completed the program content. The class is equipped with basic knowledge about the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Political Platform, the Party Charter, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, the Party's guidelines and policies, the tasks of party members and the direction of striving to become party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Through the class, outstanding cadres and union members gain more knowledge and awareness about the Party, and at the same time build the right motivation to join the Party, linking revolutionary ideals with the responsibilities of workers and laborers in the new situation.
At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates of completion of the program to 100% of students participating in the class; and at the same time praised and rewarded 10 students with excellent achievements in the learning process.
Yen Dinh Commune Trade Union said that the activity contributes to affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in discovering, fostering and introducing outstanding union members to the Party. Thereby, creating a source of Party member development among workers, contributing to building the Party organization and Trade Union organization in enterprises to become increasingly strong.
