On April 12, Lang Giang Commune Trade Union and Tan Dinh Commune Trade Union jointly organized the opening ceremony of a training class on Party awareness for union members and workers in businesses in the area.
Attending the opening ceremony were Comrade Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of Lang Giang and Tan Dinh communes; trade union presidents of communes and 83 students from 25 businesses in the two communes.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation emphasized the particularly important role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the revolutionary cause, and affirmed that the working class and the labor force are the core force in socio-economic development, especially in the context of accelerating industrialization, modernization and international integration.
Comrade Le Duc Tho said that in recent years, trade union levels in the province have always paid attention to developing union members, building strong trade union organizations, and at the same time focusing on discovering, fostering and introducing outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and admission. This is an important task, contributing to building and consolidating the Party organization in enterprises.
The training class is organized to help trainees raise awareness about the Party, understand the Platform, charters, goals, and ideals of the Party; and at the same time correctly identify the motivation to strive to join the Party. Through the topics, trainees will be equipped with knowledge about Party history, ideology, morality, Ho Chi Minh style and the role and responsibility of party members.
Comrade Le Duc Tho requested trainees to uphold the spirit of responsibility, strictly comply with class regulations, actively study, research, and discuss to raise awareness. After the course, each trainee needs to continue to cultivate political bravery, improve organizational discipline, promote the spirit of responsibility in labor and production, and actively participate in emulation movements at enterprises.
For Party committees, local authorities and trade union organizations, the comrade requested to continue to pay attention, monitor, and create conditions for union members and workers after participating in the class to continue to strive and become a source of Party member development in enterprises.
This Party awareness training class is a practical activity, contributing to raising political awareness, arousing the spirit of striving of union members and workers, contributing to Party building and developing trade union organizations to become increasingly strong.
