On March 5, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development - Lam Son Branch (BIDV Lam Son) organized an ao dai donation program to share and encourage female workers in difficult circumstances in the area.
The activity is implemented on the occasion of celebrating International Women's Day March 8, with the desire to bring joy and confidence so that female workers can wear traditional ao dai on meaningful occasions.
Only 1 day after launching, the program received positive responses from officials and employees of the entire branch. A total of 45 sets of still new and valid ao dai have been donated and sent to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation.
These ao dai are handed over to cultural departments in industrial parks in the province for management, supporting female workers to borrow and wear during holidays, Tet and important events. This is a practical activity, contributing to caring for spiritual life, helping female workers become more confident and radiant in work and life.
