On the afternoon of February 3, the Trade Union of Hac Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa province solemnly organized the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" in 2026 for workers and laborers.


Attending the program were representatives of leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Hac Thanh Ward Party Committee, businesses, sponsors and a large number of workers and laborers.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - Chairman of Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union said that the unit is currently directly managing 106 grassroots trade unions, with a total of more than 8,700 union members.
In 2025, with unremitting efforts, the Trade Union levels of Hac Thanh ward have achieved many positive results. The majority of union members and workers have stable jobs, and the rate of workers with regular jobs reaches 97.2%.

The average income of employees reaches from 6.8 to 6.9 million VND/month, basically ensuring family life. 100% of enterprises with Trade Union organizations have implemented salary adjustments, built salary scales and tables in accordance with legal regulations; 100% of administrative and non-business agencies organize conferences of cadres and civil servants; 75% of enterprises organize employee conferences.
In 2025, the Ward Trade Union provided support to 2 families of union members who suffered fires, each household 25 million VND from the "Union Member Support" fund; and at the same time supported 78 union members in difficult circumstances, with a total budget of 102 million VND.


Today's program, the gifts not only bring material value but also show the sharing and concern of the Trade Union organization and units for union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances" - Mr. Tien shared.
At the program, representatives of leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Hac Thanh Ward and Ward Trade Union presented hundreds of Tet gifts to union members and workers, with a total value of more than 300 million VND. In which, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation supported 203 gifts, and Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union presented 40 gifts.
