On January 26, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of TMVT Production Co., Ltd. has just organized a 2026 professional training class for 70 grassroots trade union officials to improve operational skills, political bravery and efficiency in performing tasks at enterprises.
At the program, trainees are equipped with knowledge about the organization and role of the Trade Union; the position and tasks of the trade union leader in grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers; and participate in practicing handling situations arising in labor relations.
In addition, the training class also updates new regulations of the Labor Code, policies and laws related to salaries, bonuses, welfare and care for union members and workers, especially during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year; thereby contributing to preventing labor disputes and building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
Through the training class, grassroots trade union officials' knowledge and skills are consolidated, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities and building a civilized and sustainable working environment.
