Attending the opening ceremony of the training course on theory and professional work of trade unions K284 were Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Tinh - Vice Principal of the Trade Union University and 31 students who are full-time trade union officials and grassroots trade union officials in the province.
The course will last for 3 months, and students will be equipped with basic knowledge about Vietnam Trade Unions; Labor Code and Trade Union Law; nature, position, role, functions and tasks of Vietnam Trade Unions.
In addition, they are equipped with trade union working skills such as: negotiation skills, signing and implementing collective labor agreements; coordinating the organization of emulation movements; social dialogue at enterprises; conflict management and negotiation...
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Permanent Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation requested that students participate in the course fully and seriously, considering this a very important task.
In that spirit, students strictly follow the classroom rules and regulations, actively discuss and share practical issues, difficulties and problems at the facility, and take advantage of the knowledge and experience imparted by teachers and lecturers.
Thereby, effectively applying it to practical activities at localities, agencies and units, contributing to building an increasingly strong and developed trade union organization.
