On July 21, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Thang Binh Commune Party Committee had organized a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Party Cell of Van Loi Import-Export Garment Co., Ltd. This is the second business party cell established in the commune in 2026.
According to the decision, the Party Cell of Van Loi Import-Export Garment Co., Ltd. has 5 party members; Ms. Le Thi Ly was appointed as Secretary of the Party Cell.
Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of the Thang Binh Commune Party Committee emphasized that the establishment of Party cells at FDI enterprises contributes to strengthening the Party's leadership in the non-state economic sector, accompanying enterprises to develop production and business associated with caring for the lives of workers. At the same time, they requested the Party cell to soon stabilize its organization, well implement operating regulations, and promote the role of political nucleus in enterprises.
Van Loi Import-Export Garment Co., Ltd. currently creates stable jobs for nearly 900 workers with an average income of about 10 million VND/person/month.
Over the past time, the Thang Binh Commune Party Committee has coordinated with the Trade Union organization to propagate and mobilize businesses and workers about the role of the Party organization; and at the same time foster and introduce outstanding masses to create a source of Party member development.
The establishment of the Party Cell of Van Loi Import-Export Garment Co., Ltd. contributes to improving the effectiveness of coordination between Party committees, Trade Unions and businesses, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
