According to the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union, 118 grassroots trade unions and over 13,000 active union members have completed 100% of the organization of the Congress and Conference of grassroots trade unions for the 2025 - 2030 term according to the set plan.
The above results not only demonstrate the proactiveness and responsibility of grassroots units but also mark a period of extensive and meaningful political activities among cadres, union members and workers in the area.
To ensure the progress and quality of the grassroots Trade Union Congress, the Standing Committee of the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union issued detailed instructions on organizing the Congress and the new term Grassroots Trade Union Conference, requiring 100% of units to complete before December 15, 2025. The direction work has been strictly implemented, closely following the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and procedures and regulations, including reporting and personnel preparation to organize the election.
