In the period of 2023 - 2025, Hanoi City Trade Unions at all levels will focus on implementing and innovating content, diversifying forms of propaganda and mobilizing union members and workers. This is a basic factor contributing to fostering political courage, enhancing responsibility and strengthening the trust of union members and workers in the Trade Union organization.
To effectively implement this activity, the City Trade Union at all levels has implemented many forms suitable to reality, meeting the needs of union members and workers, especially in enterprises and boarding houses.
One of the effective forms is the Workers' Cultural Activity Point, the Self-management Group of the Workers' Boarding House... Up to now, the City Trade Union at all levels has maintained its activities at the Workers' Cultural Activity Points at enterprises and implemented the establishment of 20 new Workers' Cultural Activity Points. In addition, 15 Ho Chi Minh Cultural spaces were established.
With the guidance and direction of the City Labor Federation, Trade Unions at all levels also improve the effectiveness of the self-management groups of workers' dormitories; organize the program " singing for workers, listening to workers sing", " Singing with workers"; continue to train grassroots cultural core; guide the activities of dance and vocal art clubs... Thereby contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of union members and workers.
