This is a Regulation on coordination in propaganda, mobilization, union member development, establishment of grassroots trade unions, building Party organizations, mass organizations and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers in the ward.
Participating in the signing were representatives of 5 units including: Ba Dinh Ward Trade Union, Business Bloc Party Committee, Base 2 Tax Department, Ba Dinh Base Social Insurance Department and Ba Dinh Ward Police.
According to the content of the regulations, the parties will strengthen coordination in propaganda and dissemination of labor laws, trade unions, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; promote the mobilization of workers to join trade union organizations, establish grassroots trade unions and build Party organizations in enterprises.
In addition, units coordinate to exchange and share information about the situation of businesses, labor and the implementation of social insurance policies; promptly detect and propose handling cases of late payment and evasion of social insurance; and at the same time strengthen dialogue activities to support businesses in complying with the provisions of law.
The Regulation also clearly defines the responsibilities of each unit in protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; coordinating to resolve arising issues related to employment, income, policies, occupational safety and health, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
An important highlight of the Regulation is the coordination to ensure security and order in enterprises; propaganda and raising awareness about crime prevention, network security, fire prevention and fighting and safety skills for workers.
The parties also agreed to promote the application of information technology, build a data sharing mechanism to serve management and support businesses and workers in the area.
