Cau Giay Ward Labor Union turns to compatriots affected by storms and floods

Hanoi Cau Giay Ward Trade Union and the Ward Working Group visited and presented gifts to people affected by storms and floods.

The working group includes representatives of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward - Ward Trade Union.

Accordingly, the working group visited, presented gifts, and encouraged people in Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes (Hanoi) to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

Responding to the spirit of "Mutual love - for the community, responsibility", cadres, civil servants, union members and people of Cau Giay ward have actively donated, supported, and joined hands to support people in flooded areas, especially people in Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes.

The working group presented 50 million VND to the people of Trung Gia commune, 35 million VND to the people of Da Phuc commune, along with many essential necessities including: 224 boxes of noodles, 79 boxes of water, 10 boxes of cakes, 40 sausage packages; 25 boxes of milk, 1 box of medicine, 7 boxes of books; 5 trucks and 3 boxes of clothes.

This practical activity demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, affection and social responsibility of the cadres and union members of Cau Giay Ward. This is also an activity demonstrating the tradition of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", together with the whole country towards people in flooded areas.
