According to the report, as of March 20, 2026, 1,160/1,160 units (reaching 100%) organized the Conference of Civil Servants and Employees and 1,860/4,298 units (reaching 43.28%) organized the 2026 Employee Conference.

Surveying the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions in communes and wards, Trade Unions of high-tech zones and industrial parks, Trade Unions of Corporations and equivalents. Guiding grassroots trade unions to introduce outstanding union members to participate in Party awareness classes to introduce and complete dossiers for considering admitting new party members, striving to complete the targets assigned by the VGCL.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Chairman of the Hanoi City Confederation of Labour proposed that trade union levels in the Capital proactively develop plans to implement the Party Congress Resolution, Trade Union Congress Resolutions at all levels for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with reality; closely follow the direction of the City Confederation of Labour to organize effective and substantive implementation.
At the same time, focus on performing well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; improve the quality of collective labor agreements; well implement the Democracy Regulations at the grassroots level; strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of regimes and policies for workers.
