That is the grassroots union of the Ha Thanh Vocational Education and Driving Test Center. The Ha Thanh Vocational Education and Driving Testing Center was established in 2023 and is located in Yen So commune, Hoai Duc district, with over 300 teachers and staff.
To effectively organize union activities and the movement of workers and civil servants, the leaders of the District Labor Federation directed the Central Union Executive Committee to issue regulations on activities, working regulations and specific activity programs; promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
The District Labor Federation also hopes that the Central Board of Directors will continue to facilitate the activities of the trade union; contribute to taking care of workers' lives so that workers are increasingly attached and feel secure at work.
On this occasion, Mr. Pham Tuan Linh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center affirmed that the establishment of a Trade Union organization in an enterprise is a very necessary thing, in line with the aspirations of employees, especially when the Trade Union organization in an enterprise increasingly plays an active role in accompanying businesses to care for employees and develop businesses.
