Accordingly, based on the Law on Trade Unions and the guidance of the City Labor Federation, the plan of the Ung Hoa District Party Committee, the Project of the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation on the arrangement of trade union organizations in communes under the Ung Hoa District Labor Federation, and the arrangement of commune administrative units in the period 2023-2025, the Standing Committee of the Ung Hoa District Labor Federation announced the decision to dissolve the old grassroots trade unions and establish 5 grassroots trade union organizations of the merged units.
The five newly established grassroots unions include: Cao Son Tien, Hoa Vien, Thai Hoa, Binh Luu Quang and Tram Long.
Mr. Dang Dang Khoa - Chairman of the District Labor Federation requested the 5 newly established grassroots unions to quickly stabilize their organizational structure; develop specific work programs and working regulations; focus on performing well the representative function, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, creating cohesion between union members, workers and the Trade Union organization.
In the immediate future, it is necessary to organize practical care activities for union members and workers at the unit on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.
The leaders of the District Labor Federation also hope and request the Party Committees of the new administrative units to strengthen leadership and direction over the activities of mass organizations in general, including the Trade Union organization and the movement of workers, civil servants and laborers in the area.
