Hoan Kiem District newly established 31/20 grassroots unions

Hanoi – The Hoan Kiem District Labor Federation said that 31/20 grassroots unions have been established, reaching 155%.

To achieve this result, since the beginning of 2024, the Hoan Kiem District Labor Federation has focused on deploying and seriously and resolutely implementing the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions. In addition to newly establishing 31/20 grassroots unions, reaching 155% of the target, all levels of unions in the district have admitted 6,257/6,000 union members, reaching 104%.

Hoan Kiem Trade Union also collected and evaluated 187 new copies of quality Collective Labor Agreements. Thereby protecting the legal and legitimate rights of union members and employees, while contributing significantly to building harmonious and sustainable labor relations. Emulation movements were consolidated and promoted, with creativity and innovation, attracting a large number of workers and employees to participate, especially in non-state enterprises.

According to Ms. Le Hoang Thuy Van - President of Hoan Kiem District Labor Federation, the District Labor Federation has requested that in the coming time, grassroots unions continue to coordinate with employers to overcome difficulties; grasp the thoughts, working life, income of workers and especially organize well the activities "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang" on the occasion of the Lunar New Year At Ty 2025. Thereby actively taking care of union members and workers in the district.
