Right after the first Congress, term 2025 - 2030, Tuong Mai Ward Trade Union organized a training course on a number of contents related to Trade Union activities.
One of them is the implementation of the Labor Relations Development Project in 2025. The training content is the focus of the Labor Relations Development Project for the period 2025-2030. Including solutions to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at the grassroots level; dialogue skills, collective bargaining and labor dispute resolution; new legal regulations on labor, trade unions, labor contracts and social insurance.
Through the training session, union officials and employees were raised in awareness, updated with necessary knowledge and skills to build and maintain a good, stable and sustainable labor relations environment in agencies and enterprises.
This is also an opportunity for union officials to exchange experiences, remove difficulties, create conditions to improve work efficiency, and contribute to building a safe, democratic, and civilized working environment in the ward.
