Strive for 90% or more of union members and workers in the commune to be propagandized, disseminated, studied, and thoroughly understood the Party's guidelines and Resolutions, and the State's laws and policies related to labor and trade unions. 85% of enterprises and units with trade unions in the area negotiate and sign Collective Labor Agreements according to the provisions of law.
It is known that the Commune Union will launch and effectively organize patriotic emulation movements, arousing the spirit of creative, innovative and responsible labor in each union member. Continue to implement practical movements such as: "Good workers - Creative workers", "Good workers", "Capital Creative Initiatives" ... Movements need to be closely linked to political tasks, local socio-economic development, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere.
