Accordingly, the Trade Union of Tu Liem Ward directed the successful organization of the Congress to establish the grassroots trade union of Vietnam Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company.
Vietnam Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company is an enterprise operating in the field of consulting, deploying and training solutions on energy and environment, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting green transformation and sustainable development.
At the Congress, the Decision to establish grassroots trade unions and admit 33 union members was announced. The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the first grassroots trade union. This is an event marking a new step in the development of union members and the establishment of grassroots trade unions in non-state-owned enterprises in Tu Liem ward.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen, Chairwoman of Tu Liem Ward Trade Union, congratulated the collective of union members and the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union; and at the same time requested the grassroots trade union to promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
In addition, grassroots trade unions actively coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to the sustainable development of businesses in the fields of energy, environment and green transformation.
