During the above period, the City Trade Union at all levels proactively advised and proposed to competent authorities on the contents of supervision and criticism directly related to union members, workers and civil servants.
In addition, actively participate in inspection, examination, supervision, recommendation for consideration and resolution of difficulties and problems related to policies for workers and civil servants, while promoting propaganda activities, legal consultation, and legal aid for workers. Thereby clearly demonstrating the role of the Trade Union organization in representing workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The Hanoi Trade Union Legal Consulting and Employee Support Center has provided legal advice to 115 workers and employees at the headquarters; legal advice via phone, email, in writing to 235 workers and employees; guided the procedures for employees to sue 1 enterprise for unpaid wages, social insurance and severance pay; represented and participated in litigation at the Court for 2 employees; supported the organization of dialogues to build harmonious labor relations between employees, Trade Union representatives and employers at 17 units and enterprises.
In particular, organizing propaganda on labor policies related to life and employment for over 3,500 workers in 34 units and enterprises
