Participating in the Conference on deploying the Programs and thematic Resolutions to implement the Resolution of the 17th Hanoi City Trade Union Congress were 200 trade union officials who are the Standing Committee of the City Labor Confederation; leaders and specialists of the Office, the Office of the Inspection Committee, the Hanoi City Labor Confederation; Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the Labor Confederations of districts, towns, and cities, Industry Trade Unions, Trade Unions directly above the grassroots level, grassroots Trade Unions directly under the City Labor Confederation; and leaders of units directly under the City Labor Confederation.
With the goal of soon implementing the Resolution of the 17th Congress of the City Trade Union into practice, the Executive Committee of the City Labor Federation has issued 3 Programs, including:
One is Program 08/Ctr-LDLD dated April 15, 2024 on "Innovating the content and methods of operation, attracting and gathering a large number of workers to participate in the Trade Union organization; building a team of professional Trade Union officials, building a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization of the Capital".
Second is Program No. 09/Ctr-LDLD dated April 15, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the City Labor Federation on "Promoting propaganda, mobilization and improving the cultural and spiritual life of cadres, union members and workers in the Capital for the period 2023 - 2028".
Third is Program No. 10/Ctr-LDLD dated April 15, 2024 on: "Improving the quality of representation work, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; Promoting dialogue, negotiation and signing of Collective Labor Agreements for the period 2023 - 2028".
2 Thematic Resolutions, including: Resolution No. 05/NQ-LDLD dated April 15, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Confederation of Labor (Term XVII) on the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions for the period 2023 - 2028 and Resolution No. 06/NQ-LDLD dated April 15, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Confederation of Labor (Term XVII) on improving the quality and effective implementation of Collective Labor Agreements at enterprises for the period 2023 - 2028.
In his opening speech, Mr. Le Dinh Hung - Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi City Labor Federation - emphasized that the research, study, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the 3 Programs to implement the Resolution of the 17th Hanoi City Labor Union Congress have special significance and importance, aiming to raise awareness for union officials at all levels, union members and workers.
From there, promote creativity in work, unify will and action to put the Resolution into practice, contribute to building a strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
