After more than 1 month of implementation, the preliminary round and phase 1 had over 9,200 contestants and 828 grassroots trade unions participating. Phase 2 had over 8,600 contestants and 821 grassroots unions participated.
In the final round, the organizers selected 150 excellent contestants in 2 preliminary rounds. As a result, 39 candidates answered 30/30 questions correctly and had the fastest time to complete the test.
The questions demonstrate the position, role, functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization. Help trade union officials learn and improve their qualifications and capacity.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Provincial Union of Public Employees; 1 second prize, 1 third prize and 2 consolation prizes.

This is the first time that the Confederation of Labor of Tuyen Quang province has organized the exam online and innovated in propaganda and training for grassroots union officials right after the Congress term 2023 - 2028.
