On April 20, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province organized the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Golf Tournament to open in 2025 at The Bluffs Ho Tram golf course (Xuyen Moc district).
The tournament attracted 88 male and female athletes to compete in a stick competition format through a round of 18. If there are many cases with the same points when competing for Best Gross, the ranking will be determined by a play-off match at 1 hole decided by the council.
In addition, golfers with high rankings in the groups will also receive honorary trophies and gifts. At the same time, golfers also have the opportunity to receive the high-value HIO award at 4 holes par-3 (a golfer only receives 1 highest prize).

The tournament also aims to develop the movement of practicing and competing in golf in the whole province; create conditions for units and athletes to participate in exchanging and learning competition and technical experience...; as well as evaluate the golf force training of the units.
On the same evening, after summarizing the competition results, the Organizing Committee also presented trophies and awards to athletes with high rankings. In which, Best Gross belongs to female golfer Ngo Bao Nghi.
