After nearly 2 months of competition with 28 matches, the tournament ended with an extremely dramatic scenario. Before the final round (round 7), there were up to three teams capable of competing for the championship of this second season.
And in the early match of this round, FC 91 Tan Van had a big win against STPFood. The victory of the representative of Bien Hoa (Dong Nai) helped them temporarily take the lead in the rankings with 14 points until the two opponents Co Do and NT Wood played.

However, NT Wood knew how to turn the pressure that FC 91 Tan Van created into motivation and then they created a resounding victory over the "phenomenon" Hoang Long. This result helped NT Wood rise above FC 91 Tan Van and put significant pressure on Co Do, the team playing the final match of the tournament.
Facing the pressure created by the opponents, Co Do FC had a brave match to win with a score of 2-1 against Nam Trung Viet. This victory helped Co Do FC officially become the new champion of Saigon Super League - Ta Pha Cup 2024.

The runner-up position was awarded to NT Wood when they had the same 14 points as FC 91 Tan Van but ranked higher due to the secondary index. FC 91 Tan Van won the bronze medal.
NT Wood also received the Fair-Play team award for their dedicated play and sportsmanship.
In addition to the collective awards, the organizing committee also honored the best individuals of the season, including: Best: Pham Ngoc Quoc (Co Do); Best goalkeeper: Cai Hai Truong (Co Do); Top scorer: Nguyen Khuong Hao (NT Wood); Best player: Nguyen Anh Viet (FC 91 Tan Van).
