This year the tournament attracted nearly 300 athletes from 8 units: Hai Duong City, Kinh Mon Town and districts: Tu Ky, Nam Sach, Thanh Mien, Thanh Ha, Binh Giang and Cam Giang.
The athletes compete in the corresponding content according to three levels.Primary level, players play 4 contents: Men's teammates, women's teammates, men's singles, women's singles.Secondary school level, competition 7 contents, including: Men's teammates, women's teammates, men's doubles, women's doubles, men's singles, women's singles, men and women.At the level of junior high school, the content of men and women does not distinguish ages.
The content of male teammates, women's teammates, men's doubles, women's doubles, men's singles, women's singles play with 2 groups of age: 12-13 years old and 14-15 years old.High school students compete in 7 contents, including: Men's teammates, women's teammates, men's doubles, women's doubles, men's singles, women's singles, men and women.
Hai Duong student table tennis tournament is one of the practical activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South of the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), in response to the campaign "All people train their body in the example of the great Uncle Ho".At the same time, encourage and promote the movement of training and competition in table tennis subjects in the age of students in Hai Duong province.
