This is the first time the program has been held in Vietnam, providing a playground to select, coach and orient young football talents.
The program is implemented by Otsuka Nutraceutical Vietnam Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City Club, BMG Academy and partners, with the support of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group and Tokushima Vortis Club (Japan).
Under the professional guidance of coach Dinh Hong Vinh, the candidates took a system of in-depth tests on personal techniques, physical strength and situation handling ability. Coach Dinh Hong Vinh commented: Many students demonstrate outstanding tactical thinking and skills. This is a positive signal for the future of youth football".
The exciting competitive atmosphere in the preliminary round attracted many parents and fans to cheer. The organizers also arranged support areas such as games, water supply, rest, ... to create favorable conditions for both players and audiences.
The best faces will participate in the final round scheduled to take place on August 10 at Ba Ria Stadium (Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
From here, the excellent players will be selected to go to Japan to train with Tokushima Vortis club in March 2026, opening up opportunities to experience the professional football environment and develop international careers.
