On June 25, information from the Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that 5 individuals of Nghe An sports were honored to be awarded the First-class Labor Medal by the President.
The individuals awarded include: coach Bui Duy Vinh and 4 athletes Bui Minh Kha Tu, Nguyen Thi Mai, Lai The Toan, Lai Xuan Tho.
The award ceremony took place within the framework of the Kun Khmer Championship for strong national teams in 2026 in Tay Ninh province.
This is a noble award of the Party and State, recognizing the outstanding contributions of the coaches and athletes of the Kun Khmer national team at the 6th Kun Khmer World Championships in 2026.
This achievement is an honor for the individuals who are commended, and also contributes to affirming the position of Nghe An sports, glorifying Vietnamese sports in the international arena.
