From there, towards the motto "Innovating thinking - Strong changes - Substantial results" has been unified and thoroughly grasped by the Government throughout the education sector.

Accordingly, the academy identifies 4 focuses in the 2026-2027 academic year.
The first focus is to take the development of learners as an important measure, ensuring that students meet output standards after graduation. The Academy focuses on developing professional competence, digital skills, foreign languages, and students' ability to innovate and adapt.
The second focus is to create changes in teaching, learning and assessment. Training programs, teaching methods and assessment methods continue to be updated. In which, focus on using artificial intelligence in a smart, creative, ethical and responsible way. According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Tien, technology can support the learning process but cannot replace the proactive role of students.

Technology can support you, AI can accompany you, teachers can open doors, but the person who steps through those doors and decides who they will become must still be you" - Mr. Tran Quang Tien advised.
The third focus is identified in the fields of scientific research, technology, innovation and community service. The Academy aims to improve the quality of scientific publications, increase applied research, technology transfer and expand the participation of businesses, organizations, and partners. The fields of women, family, gender equality and development policies continue to be identified as strength research directions.
The fourth focus given by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Tien is to reform university governance and accelerate digital transformation. According to the direction of the Director of the Academy, governance activities need to be more based on data, quality, efficiency and accountability, gradually moving towards the digital university model and promoting social innovation.
The above orientations are set in the context of the academy continuing to implement the development strategy for the period 2026-2030, with a vision to 2045. Sending a message to new students of course 14, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Tien said that university years are not only a process of accumulating knowledge but also a time for each student to form professional competence, independent thinking and responsibility to society.
Students, please always maintain a spirit of learning, initiative and aspiration to rise up, dare to ask questions, dare to try your hand and dare to take responsibility for your choices. That will be an important baggage for you to step into the future" - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Tien added.
