The activity aims to widely propagate the historical, cultural, and revolutionary traditions of the nation; especially the great significance of the Great Victory of Spring 1975, thereby educating and fostering revolutionary ideals, patriotism, and belief for cadres and soldiers in the leadership of the Party and the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.

Each screening is arranged reasonably, including music, documentaries and feature films, ensuring both entertainment and traditional education for soldiers.
The content of the films is rich and diverse, including many revolutionary and historical works such as "Liberation of Saigon", "Hanoi Baby", "Burning Grass Season", and typical documentaries such as "Historyal Victory of Spring 1975", "Qualities of Uncle Ho's Soldiers"... contributing to vividly recreating the heroic pages of the nation's history.
Major Le Nguyen Phuong Vu - Head of the Propaganda - Film Screening Team, Provincial Military Command - said: "We have proactively prepared sufficient facilities and equipment, and selected film content suitable for each target group of soldiers. The goal is that each screening not only brings a joyful and healthy entertainment atmosphere but is also a widespread political activity, contributing to raising awareness and fostering political bravery for officers and soldiers.
Through film screening activities, the Provincial Military Command continues to take care of the spiritual and cultural life of officers and soldiers, and at the same time encourage and motivate the provincial armed forces to promote tradition and strive to successfully complete military and national defense tasks in 2026.
