Reduced from 20 to 3 schools after arrangement
In the afternoon of August 19, Tay Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province organized a conference to announce resolutions and decisions on organizational structure and personnel work.
At the conference, leaders of the Ward Culture - Society Department announced the decisions of the Ward People's Committee on the establishment of Tay Nha Trang Kindergarten, Tay Nha Trang Primary School, and Tay Nha Trang Secondary School.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Anh Huu (Principal of Vo Van Ky Secondary School before arrangement) holds the position of Principal of Tay Nha Trang Secondary School.
Mr. Nguyen Thuc Hien, former Principal of Phuong Sai Primary School before arrangement, was assigned to hold the position of Principal of Tay Nha Trang Primary School.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, former Principal of Vinh Ngoc Kindergarten before arrangement, holds the position of Principal of Tay Nha Trang Kindergarten.
According to the Project on arranging and reorganizing public preschool and general education institutions under the People's Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward, from August 20, each level of education in the ward will organize one school.
At the preschool level, 7 schools including Vinh Ngoc Kindergarten, Phuong Sai Kindergarten, Phuong Son Kindergarten, Ngoc Hiep Kindergarten, Vinh Thanh Kindergarten, Vinh Hiep Kindergarten and Vinh Trung Kindergarten are arranged into Tay Nha Trang Kindergarten.
At the primary level, 7 schools including Vinh Ngoc Primary School, Phuong Sai Primary School, Phuong Son Primary School, Ngoc Hiep Primary School, Vinh Thanh Primary School, Vinh Hiep Primary School and Vinh Trung Primary School are arranged into Tay Nha Trang Primary School.
For secondary schools, 6 schools including Vo Van Ky Secondary School, Phan Sao Nam Secondary School, Luong Dinh Cua Secondary School, Cao Thang Secondary School, Luong The Vinh Secondary School and Nguyen Dinh Chieu Secondary School are arranged into Tay Nha Trang Secondary School.
Reduced 22 management officials, 14 employees
Tay Nha Trang Kindergarten currently has 142 officials, including 18 management officials, 113 teachers and 11 staff. After arrangement, the number of management officials decreased by 10 people and 4 accountants.
Tay Nha Trang Primary School currently has 284 officials, including 17 administrators, 255 teachers and 12 staff. After arrangement, the apparatus will have 8 administrators, including 1 principal and 7 vice principals; a reduction of 9 administrators, including 5 principals and 4 vice principals. The number of accounting staff is reduced by 3 people.
Tay Nha Trang Secondary School currently has 216 officials, including 10 management officials, 187 teachers and 19 staff. After arrangement, the number of management officials is 7 people; staff is reduced by 7 people, including 5 accountants and 2 clerks.
For redundant management officials, the option is to prioritize arranging in adjacent lower-level positions if they meet the conditions or transfer to a suitable position. Some redundant vice principals may be arranged as teachers to increase teaching resources and reduce the number of management officials.
