Super ward in Dong Nai clears land for riverside road project reaching 100%
On August 2nd, according to information from the People's Committee of Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai city, the Cai riverside road project section passing through the ward affects 430 households and 4 organizations; of which 324 households are subject to complete clearance and must be resettled. Up to now, households and organizations have handed over land, reaching 100% of the entire project.

The Cai River riverside road project has a route length of nearly 4.6km, with a total investment of nearly 574 billion VND, passing through Tran Bien and Tam Hiep wards, with a total land area to be recovered of nearly 15ha.

On August 2nd, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction said that along with site clearance work, the unit is accelerating investment preparation procedures to strive to start the Thu Thiem 4 bridge project on National Day September 2nd, 2026 and complete it in 2028.
Currently, people from the South (including the old districts of Ho Chi Minh City: District 7, District 4 and Nha Be district), wanting to go to Thu Thiem New Urban Area or Thu Duc City (old), mainly have to go through the central area along the Nguyen Tat Thanh, Ton Duc Thang, Khanh Hoi bridge, Saigon River tunnel, Ba Son bridge or Thu Thiem bridge routes.

According to Box Office Vietnam, as of 1:30 PM on August 2, "Sounds Beyond the Ocean" ranked 5th in the daily revenue chart with about 755 million VND, selling 7,640 tickets through 196 screenings. The film officially premiered nationwide from July 24, telling the story of the patriotic spirit and desire for freedom of revolutionary soldiers at Con Dao Prison in the period 1945-1954.
