The School of Management and Business (HSB), Vietnam National University, Hanoi, organizes Career Week 2026 with a series of career guidance and recruitment connection activities for students. The program aims to equip vocational skills, improve adaptability to the labor market and create opportunities for direct connection between students and reputable businesses and employers.
Career Week 2026 is designed as a comprehensive career experience journey, helping students not only develop soft skills but also access modern recruitment practices. This is also an activity that reflects the training orientation associated with practice and the needs of the labor market that HSB has pursued for many years.
In particular, the Employability criterion is considered one of the outstanding strengths of the school thanks to the large business connection ecosystem, practical training programs and career companion activities for students right from the first school years.
According to Prof. Dr. Hoang Dinh Phi, Rector of the School of Management and Business, HSB's training philosophy is always closely linked to practice, taking learners as the center and professional competence as a measure of quality. The school not only focuses on equipping professional knowledge but also focuses on developing leadership capacity, innovative thinking and global adaptability for students.
We aim for all HSB students to have suitable job opportunities after graduation through a network of partner businesses, alumni and career companion programs throughout the training process," Prof. Dr. Hoang Dinh Phi shared.
Within the framework of Career Week 2026, students access the actual recruitment process at businesses, learn about the requirements that employers currently set for young human resources. Through workshops, thematic forums and direct recruitment activities, learners are guided to build a professional CV, develop personal competency profiles, practice interview skills, find suitable jobs and update career trends in the context of digital transformation.
Participating in Career Week 2026 are many experts and business leaders from reputable organizations such as TopCV, Vietnam Network Security Joint Stock Company (VSEC), AMO Vietnam Media Company and many other partner businesses. Not only sharing practical experiences, the units also directly recruit and provide career advice to students.
The highlight of the program is Career Fair, a recruitment fair held directly at HSB. This is a space connecting students with a network of more than 20,000 alumni and strategic partners of the school. Here, students have the opportunity to meet recruiters, learn about the actual working environment and apply for many potential positions right from when they are still in university.
