Successors will be signed indefinite-term labor contracts and receive salaries from the state budget. The salary regime is implemented according to the provisions of Decree 204/2004/ND-CP of the Government on salary regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces, along with other allowances according to the provisions of law and the Ministry of Public Security.
Regarding recruitment conditions, candidates must be Vietnamese citizens, have a permanent residence address in Vietnam, have good moral qualities, a clear background and be 18 years old or older. The Ministry of Public Security prioritizes employees who meet the conditions on social insurance contribution time to receive pensions when reaching retirement age according to regulations.
For the nursing position, candidates must graduate from high school or higher and have a cooking certificate or intermediate level of cooking or higher.
The sanitation location of the common use area requires a level from high school or higher.
Candidates for the position of flower garden and ornamental plant care must have a mid-level or higher qualification in ornamental creatures and landscape or graduate from high school and have a technical certificate in planting and caring for ornamental plants.
For the position of repairing and maintaining electricity and water systems, candidates must have a college degree or higher in electricity, electronics, industrial electricity, civil electricity, water supply and drainage or related industries. People with experience in managing, operating, and repairing electricity and water systems in office buildings and apartments will be prioritized.
In addition to professional requirements, candidates must meet health conditions and political standards according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
